  • What Is Your Return Policy?

Items can only be returned if they are unwashed or unworn. Items must be returned within 14 days of the dispatch date by post. All items must be returned sealed in the original packaging. Remember to ask for a receipt of proof of postage.

  • How Long Do I Have To Return an Item?

For Uk Customers items must be returned within 14 days of the dispatch date. For European and Worldwide Customers items must be returned within 28 days of the dispatch date.

  • How Long Will Refunds Take To Process?

Please allow up 10 working days in order for us to process your return. When we have processed your return we will send you a refund confirmation email. Once you have received this email please allow 3-5 working days for your bank to process this. 

  • Does it cost me to return an item?

At this time we do not offer free returns. Therefore it is down to the individual to choose their preferred returns method and pay for this service. We will include a return address sticker in your parcel, this is the address the parcel must be sent to. Once we have received your return, we will send a confirmation email that we have received your parcel and the returns process will begin. If you do not receive a return confirmation email after 10 working days of the date you sent the parcel then please email us at hello@prettyparade.co.uk 

  • Can i exchange an item?

unfortunately we do not offer an exchange service at this time. We would recommend to return the item(s) following the returns process. Then to reorder selecting your item(s) of choice.

  • What shall i do if i receive a faulty item(s)?

we are sorry to hear that! please return your faulty goods within 30 days of receipt. Once we have received your parcel, we will refund you for the item(s) following the returns process. please also email us at hello@prettyparade.co.uk before you return the faulty item(s). 

  • Where do i return my item(s) to?

In all parcels is a pre-printed returns address please send your returns to this address. if you can not find this address label please click here. if you can not print this label please write our address clearly on the outside of the parcel and insert a copy of your invoice inside the parcel.
